    Our American contemporary menu is designed around fresh, organic, sustainably produced ingredients, for which Wisconsin is becoming increasingly renowned. We make all our food from scratch and serve it in our spacious dining rooms, small private room, al fresco on our covered terrace, in one of the beautiful event spaces in the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, or catered in your home.
