Toasted Madison Sourdough bread topped with a smoked salmon salad, capers, crème fraîche, pickled shallot, sunflower seeds, and Vitruvian Farms sprouts

Classic quarter pound American cheeseburger, smashed and griddled, topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and Steenbock's burger sauce, served on a toasted Parker House bun. Served with a side of mixed greens or house frites
